    It may be next fall, or perhaps in February 2025, but local voters will be asked to decide on forming a new taxing district to support local ambulance service.     Grand Coulee Police 1/29 - Police saw a Nissan Maxima in the ditch near the rodeo grounds on Alcan Road. The car was unoccupied but police were able to contact the registered owner who lives nearby on Cardinal Road.
