The Washington State Department of Ecology (Department) hereby provides notice, as required by the Shoreline Management Act (RCW 90.58.090(8)), that the Department has taken final action and approved amendments to the City of Grand Coulee (City) Shoreline Master Program.

This action completes the City’s periodic review under RCW 90.58.080(4).

Per RCW 90.58.090, the effective date of the City’s Shoreline Master Program amendment is January 11, 2024.

Per RCW 90.58.190(2) and RCW 36.70A.290, petitions of appeal must be filed with the Growth Management Hearings Board within 60 days of publication of this notice. No action commenced by the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is now pending to seek satisfaction of the obligations in any Court by reason of the Borrower’s or Grantor’s default on the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust.

The above-described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as provided by statute. The sale will be made without warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession or encumbrances on the 26th day of January 2024. The defaults referenced in Paragraph III must be cured by the 15th day of January 2024 (11 days before the sale date), to cause a discontinuance of the sale. The effect of the sale will be to deprive the Grantor, and all those who hold by, through or under the Grantor, of all their interest in the above-described property.

Anyone having any objection to the sale on any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an opportunity to be heard as to those objections if they bring a lawsuit to restrain the sale pursuant to RCW 61.24.130.
