    Vitalant, along with Grand Coulee community blood drive volunteers led by coordinator Leha Neilsen, is planning a blood drive for Monday, November 19. Donation hours will be from 12:30 to 5 p.m. at Coulee Medical Center. Vitalant is the sole blood provider to more than 35 hospitals across the Inland Northwest and needs at least 200 donors each day to meet the needs of those patients.     A boulder fell onto the highway along Banks Lake sometime in the early hours of the morning Tuesday, blocking the 60 mph northbound lane. Unfortunately, Shaian Gomez found it in her Ford Focus. Gomez, 23, was northbound on SR-155 just before 5:21 a.m. when the Washington State Patrol got a call.     CAPRD approves future kiosk at park Kiosks to tout the features along the Coulee Corridor are looking like they will finally get put up after about 10 years of effort, if a paper discussed at the Coulee Area Park and Recreation District is an indication.
