Trina Arlene Hofman and Johnathan Robert Scott, of Coulee Dam, Washington, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Kelsea Raelynn Scott, born Saturday, October 20, 2018, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, Washington. She weighed 8 lbs., 9 oz., and was 20 inches in length at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Senneatt Hodge and Kevin Hofman. Paternal grandmother is Sherette Scott. Great-grandparents are Linda Hogan and George Hogan.
