    Donald Stanley Fisher passed away on April 22, 2025. He was born to loving parents Bob and Thelma Fisher on December 23, 1948, in Grants Pass, Oregon. Later in Washington State, he graduated from Snohomish High School in 1967 and joined the US Navy. Donald served his country with pride until 1971, leaving the Navy as a decorated seaman.     Coulee Dam Police 4/14 - The church bell was reported stolen from the St. Henry’s Catholic church. The reporting party said that sometime between 4/6 and 4/13, someone stole the 100-year-old bronze bell. It left a mark on the grass where it had fallen about 10 feet, and bolts were also lying on the ground. A couple days later, an officer received word that the bell was at a junkyard in Lincoln County. The owner of the junkyard didn’t know how it got there.
