Richard "Dick" C. Rutledge

Richard "Dick" C. Rutledge passed away March 16, 2022, at his home in Elmer City, Washington.

He was born in 1952 in Moscow, Idaho, to Donald Rutledge and Marjorie Epperson. He spent his childhood in Everett, Washington. He moved to Wilbur Washington, where he owned and operated Dick's Automotive. He then moved to Elmer City in 1998, and owned and operated Eagle Automotive. He retired in 2004.

Dick is survived by his mother, Marjorie Drolet of Elmer city; his son, Tyrell of Hoquiam, Washington; daughter, Amanda Shelby of Electric City, Washington and five grandchildren.

Dick will be missed by his family and many friends.
