4-H leaders from seven counties participated in the 2015 Washington State Shooting Sports training hosted in Okanogan May 29, 30, and 31st. This training and certification meets the educational requirements to serve as a 4-H Shooting Sports volunteer leader within Washington State. The woman’s driver license was suspended and there were several arrest warrants for her.
