    Coulee Dam Police 8/10 - Police went to River Drive where a Pontiac Grand Prix had apparently hit a tree and light pole, and the pole had fallen onto the car. The driver was upset but said she didn’t require medical attention. She showed signs of alcohol intoxication, and after performing sobriety tests, police concluded that she was intoxicated and arrested her for driving under the influence.     The Grand Coulee Dam School District approved a ballot measure Monday that will ask voters this fall to pay about half what they have been under levies about to expire.
