Several Lake Roosevelt High School students will spend part of their spring break competing at the state Future Business Leaders of America competition in Spokane. Lincoln County sheriff deputies booked two people into jail last week after a very precise caller alerted them to what appeared to be ongoing theft from rural mailboxes.
