Request for Qualifications / Proposal from qualified

Energy Service Providers

The Keller School District Board of Keller, Washington requests qualifications and proposals from energy services providers licensed in the State of Washington.  A qualified provider will be selected for the purpose of implementing energy efficiency projects and will develop and prepare a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract pursuant to the guidelines set forth in Washington Code RCW 39.35A.030.  The Request for Proposal (RFQ/P) is due on March 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.  Those interested may obtain a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) response guideline by contacting:

Town of Coulee Dam

ORDINANCES ADOPTED BY THE TOWN OF COULEE DAM

Ordinance 781 – an ordinance reducing the speed limit on River Drive/Highway 155 and repealing Ordinance No. 775 and Ordinance No. 759.

Ordinance 782 - an ordinance revising and amending Chapter 5.05 of the Coulee Dam Municipal Code entitled “Business Licenses”.

Ordinance 783 - an ordinance amending Chapter 5.10 of the Coulee Dam Municipal Code entitled “Music and Dancing on Liquor Premises”.

Full and complete copies of the above ordinances are available at Town Hall during normal business hours.

Tuesday, March 10, 2020

A Presidential Primary election will be held in the below mentioned districts for the purpose of submitting to the voters for their approval or rejection the following:

Democratic Party

Republican Party

The registration deadline for online registrations, mail-in registrations and transfers is March 2, 2020. Any qualified elector who is not registered to vote in the State of Washington may register to vote in person at the Auditor’s Office up to and including March 10, 2020.

You can register or obtain registration forms at the Auditor’s Office, on line at http://www.votewa.gov, and Department of Licensing.

The Okanogan County Auditor’s Office, 149 3rd Ave N, Room 104, at the County Courthouse, will be open so voters may obtain replacement ballots, drop off voted ballots, obtain provisional ballots, and use the Accessible Voting Units, at the following times:

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM February 21 - March 9, 2020

On Election Day only, March 10, 2020, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Drop boxes will close at 8:00 PM on Election Day

Voters needing additional information or assistance with voter registration forms or voting may call (509) 422-7240. Voters unable to use the mail-in ballot may use the Accessible Voting Unit available at the County Auditor’s Office.

Ballots require no postage and must be postmarked no later than the day of the election. Check with your local Post Office for deadlines to have your ballot postmarked properly.

Meetings of the Okanogan County Canvassing Board are open, public meetings and shall be continued until the activities for which the following meetings are held have been completed. Canvass Board meetings are held in the Okanogan County Auditor’s Office, 149 3rd Ave N, Room 104, at the County Courthouse, in Okanogan.

Wednesday, March 18th, 2020 at 11:00 AM to determine the status of any provisional or challenged ballots

Friday, March 20, 2020 at 11:00 AM to canvass the votes cast and certify the election

This notice is in accordance with RCW 29A.52.

Grant County Mosquito Dist. 2 Call for Bids

The Board of Trustees for Grant County Mosquito Control District #2 is requesting sealed bids for the removal of a 24’x36’ building and improvements from land located at 500 Division Street (NE corner of B St and Division St) Grand Coulee, WA. Conditions of removal include the following:

1. Structure posts will be cut off at ground level

2. Concrete slab will be removed

3. Water, sewer and power will be cut off and capped

4. Contractor’s agreement to pay prevailing wage rates

Bids are due by March 7, 2020 at 4:00 PM and will be opened at the regular meeting on March 12, 2020. Mail bids to GCMCD#2- PO Box 8- Electric City, WA 99123 and include contact information, licensing, bonding data and prior performance references.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject bids that are not in the best interest of the District as determined by factors such as price and past performance of bidders. Following acceptance of winning bid, a service contract between the parties will be necessary.
