2/10 - A student was arrested for assault after she fought with another student in the hallway at Lake Roosevelt, reportedly over the other student talking about her family over social media.

2/11 - Five post office boxes were pried into at the Coulee Dam post office, three of which were rented out. It is unknown if any mail was taken.

- A student was arrested for assault and taken to juvenile hall after police reviewed surveillance footage showing the student hitting another in the lunchroom.

2/12 - A truck pulling a trailer was pulled over near Douglas and Columbia Avenue after the trailers brake lights didn’t light up. The driver was cited for not having the lights hooked up on the trailer.

2/13 - A woman reported a domestic violence incident that she said happened on Crest Drive in August, 2019. She said she was told by the chief of police she had up to a year to formally report the incident, which involved her then-boyfriend pouring beer and orange juice on her and hitting her in the face and chest. She was going to forward pictures of bruises to police.

- A woman received a speeding ticket for going 40 miles per hour in the 30 mph zone near Grant Street on Columbia Avenue. She told police that as she had been reaching for her water bottle her “foot went with it.”

2/13-2/16 - All was fine at the National Park Service building on Crest Drive, where an alarm sounded on four separate occasions.

2/11 - A Moses Lake woman said an Electric City man she dated for one week has been trying to contact her on social media and asking her friends for her contact info. She asked police to talk to him. Police said they would talk to him if they saw him, but that otherwise she should pursue a no-contact order.

- A burglary alarm at the regional transfer station turned out to be a false alarm.

2/12 - Police assisted in an argument on Federal Avenue in which a man was removing his belongings from an apartment. Police told the man and woman involved that any property disputes would likely have to be resolved in court.

- A driver was let off with a warning after police pulled him over with expired tabs at the overlook just below Grand Coulee Dam, but the passenger, wanted on a warrant, was arrested and taken to Grant County Jail.

- A man called an officer to report being harassed by another man over social media. He called back later and said he would just block the guy.

2/13 - Police forwarded a report to a prosecutor to review and possibly charge a man with disclosing intimate images after the suspect posted an image of his ex-girlfriend on social media. The ex-girlfriend said he won’t move on and refused to stop.

- Police assisted in the accident along SR-174 in which a semi hit a car and the Hometown Pizza building, causing damage to the building and setting the car on fire. Police helped evacuate the building, talked to the driver of the car who was in the building, and also heard the driver of the semi truck, which had landed down the hill, say his brakes had failed before he was taken to the hospital.

- A King Street residence’s shed doors were reported open. An officer secured those doors, and the back door of the residence the best he could and notified the homeowner. The place had been burglarized in the past.

2/14 - A Grand Coulee officer assisted the Lincoln County sheriff by responding first to an incident at Lakeview Terrace in which a woman claimed had attempted to smother her with a pillow. No signs of injury or bruising were noted. An officer spoke to the man inside the trailer as well as the woman who owns the trailer. Both denied any altercation taking place. When Lincoln County deputies arrived, they arrested the man.

- As a man and woman were drinking together at Sunbanks Resort; the woman fell into a fire and refused the man’s help. Eventually, police took her to the hospital where she was allowed to sleep it off. She would catch a bus in the morning.

2/15 - A possible gunshot was heard in the area of Grand Coulee Avenue. No other shots were heard or reported.

2/16 - An officer shot an injured deer hit by a semi along Grand Coulee Avenue.

- Police, assisting Washington State Patrol, were unable to locate a dead deer said to be along SR-174 near mile markers 23 and 24.

2/17 - A woman was arrested on a warrant at Coulee Playland after someone else driving her car was pulled over near Coulee Playland when an officer thought it was the woman with the warrant driving the car.

- Nothing appeared out of place at a Martin Road building where an alarm had gone off. The owners were notified .

- A man reported his neighbors stomping and making noise at Main Street apartments in Grand Coulee.
