Brooke A. Meinzer made the blessed journey to her heavenly home on Tuesday, May 2, 2023. She was born in Grand Coulee, Washington on January 13, 1980 to Greg Meinzer and Debbie (Marney/Meinzer) Bigelow.

Brooke graduated from Lake Roosevelt High School in 1998 and shortly thereafter, she moved to Bellingham, Washington, where she lived until 2012. In Bellingham, Brooke worked for several years at Old Navy, until she became a Customer Service Representative for T-Mobile services from 2002-2012.

In May of 2012, she returned to Grand Coulee and worked for the US Postal Service until 2017. She then worked various short-term positions with LRHS, Safeway, Walmart, and with Delta Airlines at Spokane International Airport.

Brooke's greatest joy in life was singing, making people laugh, and watching Hallmark Movies. Her bubbly attitude and clever wit could always bring a smile to someone's day. One of her favorite accomplishments was starring as Princess Winnifred in the Planet Earth Players musical production of "Once Upon a Mattress" at the Village Cinema in 1998. She also participated as both a Wrestling and Football Cheerleader at Lake Roosevelt High School. She was a member of the Coulee Dam Community Church.

Brooke leaves behind her mother Debbie Bigelow, stepfather Albert Bigelow, father Greg Meinzer, stepmother Pam, brother Spencer Meinzer (wife Rebecca, son Jed, and daughter Caroline), step-sisters April Bigelow and Leslie (Tracy) Edwards, Uncles and Aunts Greg and Debbi Marney, Dean and Susan Marney, Mark and Barb Marney, Juanita and Don Koch, and Janet Meinzer. She also leaves behind her Grandmother Mary Meinzer (98 years young). Brooke had numerous cousins: Heather Marney, Blythe (Joe) Buchan, Dylan (Katie) Marney, Luke (Nicole) Marney, Nathan (Megan) Marney, Sam Marney, Michael (Tracy) Koch, Audra Koch, Jeni (Dustin) Staat, Allison Meinzer and Casey Carrow; Step Nieces & Nephew: Shawna (Justin) Schmidt, Mariah Priest, Jason Truitt, Katlyn Brown, and Cassie Brown. She was preceded in death by her Grandfather Virgil Meinzer, Uncle Virgil Meinzer, Grandparents Keith and Alice Marney, and cousin Shae Walker.

There will be a private family celebration of life at a future date.
