Robert (Bob) Clifford Morgan

Robert (Bob) Clifford Morgan was born Dec. 11, 1937, and died Monday, March 13, 2023. Bob was born on the family farm near Lebanon, MO to parents Clifford H and Mary Emma (Hansen) Morgan. He attended the one room Bolles school through the 4th grade when the family moved to California for a year. They moved to Electric City, Washington and Bob graduated from Grand Coulee High School in 1955. Bob attended WSU and joined the Kappa Sig fraternity where he made life-long friends. Bob and a college friend built a 'spec' home near Bellevue and when the market plunged, they lived in it. Bob began working for Clark's Restaurant Chain and was the general manager for several of their restaurants. This is where he met Deanna Schelin. They married in 1965 and they had two daughters, Angelina, and Kassandra. They purchased The Cutlery, a steak house in Redmond, Washington, which they operated for 18 years. They also bought a cabin on the Naches River. It was Bob's very special place, and they spent many happy times there. Bob was an avid fisherman and had a custom-built drift boat which he used to fish all the major rivers in western Washington. He was passionate about watching and hunting elk from his Naches home.

After retiring they returned to the Bellevue home, he had built many years ago. Bob had a stroke and his health declined after that.

Surviving Bob are his wife, Deanna; daughters: Angelina (Charles Headrick and grandson Grant) and Kassandra and sister lvetta Eylar Howell, along with nieces and nephews.

A family memorial gathering will be at the cabin in the summer.
