Michael Phillip Horne was born on November 7th, 1967 in Bellevue, WA.  Mike left us all too soon on the morning of Wednesday, October 26th, 2022.  Mike was a council member for the City of Grand Coulee, WA, as well as the owner of MPH Repair and MPH Hi Dam Bar & Grill. He worked hard and put his heart into every project he took on, whether it was his own creative idea or something to help someone else. He was always willing to jump in lending a hand to his community, friends and family. He was an avid motorcycle, dirt bike rider and boater, as well as an outdoor enthusiast.

Michael is preceded in death by his father - Lee Horne. He is survived by his mother - Janice Horne, sister - Shelah Horne Ricco (Todd) and beloved fiancé - Amanda Davis, along with numerous family and friends. 

Mike's Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 19th, 2022 at 4pm at the MPH Hi Dam Bar & Grill. Friends and loved ones are encouraged to attend
