Scarecrows add to fall spirit in the Coulee

You can vote for your favorite scarecrow out of 17 total placed outside of local businesses and some residences in the Coulee community.
The Grand Coulee Dam Area Chamber of Commerce is holding the scarecrow contest, which has had "a great outcome," according to Executive Director Rachelle Haven.
Haven said she would like the event to be a regular thing depending on community feedback.
