The personal effects of Lisa S. Spencer have been seized by CRI Annex LLC for non-payment of rent and said goods shall be auctioned in a lot bid from 10:00AM to 3PM on October 1st and 2nd 2021, at Storage unit #10, CRI Annex located at 102 Stevens Street, Coulee Dam, WA. 99116, in accordance with the provisions of RCW 19.150.060.  The auction may be cancelled only by the tenant paying the rent owed in full to CRI Annex LLC either before or at the time of the auction.

Okanogan County


The Logic and Accuracy test on the Okanogan County vote counting equipment and the Disabled Access Unit that was scheduled on Tuesday, October 5th, 2021 at 2:00 PM.

In accordance with RCW 29A.12.130 and WAC 434-335, a Logic and Accuracy test will be conducted on the Okanogan County vote counting equipment and the Disabled Access Unit. The test will be held in the Okanogan County Auditor’s Office on, Tuesday, October 5th, 2021 at 2:00 PM.

At that time a “test deck” of ballots will be scanned and resolved. The Disabled Access Unit will also be tested at that time. The test is designed to check the ballot tabulating and precinct programming.

The test is open to the public.

Notice of Intent to File Application

There will be a public hearing on October 12, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the City of Electric City’s intent to file an application for federal assistance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Rural Utilities Services.  The hearing will be available via zoom (,  or in person.  Access for the hearing impaired and others can be accommodated using Washington Relay which can be reached at 1-800-833-6384 and at the below website:

The project scope includes Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 8,000 linear feet of sewer within the City’s sewer system to the tie in with Grand Coulee. The existing line is in poor condition and lining of the pipe will add significant life to the main at the most economical cost.
