PROBATE NOTICE TO CREDITORS RCW 11.40.030
The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this Estate. Any person having claim against the Decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent’s probate and non-probate assets.

STATE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT
Determination of Non-Significance
The City of Electric City proposes to repeal the existing Title 17 Subdivisions of the Electric City Municipal Code and adopt a new Title 17 to update the city’s subdivision regulations.
The City has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). A copy of the Environmental Checklist and draft plan are available for review at Electric City City Hall.
This determination is based on the following findings and conclusions:
Adoption of the new code is a non-project action.
This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2) and the comment/appeal period will end on May 27, 2025. Written comments must be submitted to the City of Electric City, P.O. Box 130, Electric City, WA 98123, no later than 4:00 PM, May 27. For further information contact Peggy Nevsimal at (509) 633-1510.

Milk for the school breakfast/lunch program during the 2025-2026 school year. Milk items on which bidders are to submit quotes per case are:

* Chocolate Milk -20 cases per week
Multiple deliveries per week are expected for all Milk products.

Notice of Open Record Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Electric City Planning Commission will hold an open record public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Electric City City Hall on the proposed repeal and replacement of Title 17 Subdivision of the Electric City Municipal Code (ECMC). This title of the ECMC contains regulations for the segregation or division of property in the community.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Those requiring assistance are requested to contact City Hall a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing to notify the City of the type of assistance required. People wishing to view project information may contact Electric City City Hall, 10 Stevens Avenue Street between the hours of 9:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
