A barrel racer on her horse approach the next barrel at what seems an impossible angle Sunday in a race at the Ridge Riders Rodeo Grounds in Delano. The group has been working to ready the facilities for their first Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association Colorama Rodeo, where PRCA pro and world champ bull rider Shane Proctor plans to compete.
