PUBLIC NOTICE

(Grant County-Steamboat)

Pursuant to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Form 854 File Number A1164101, WEIS Towers LLC proposed to construct a 195’ lattice tower located at 53658 Road W, NE., being a portion of Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 30 East, W.M., Almira, Grant County, WA, with NAD 83 coordinates of 47-54-14.37 degrees North by -119-2-55.22 degrees West, and has requested an antenna structure registration from the FCC. No lighting is required by the FAA.

Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the Form 854 File Number, and may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the FCC which the FCC strongly encourages to be filed online per the instructions found at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.

FOUND PROPERTY / COMPLIANT# 20-0370

The Colville Tribal Police Department holds found property, which included currency and was turned into the Police Department on March 21, 2020.

The owner of said property has sixty (60) days from this notice to describe the found property in order to claim it. If the property is not claimed within sixty (60) days, the Colville Tribal Police Department may destroy, sell at auction or retain the property depending on the item and circumstances.

You may contact the Evidence Technician by calling 509-634-2494 or 1-800-551-5800 ext. 2494 and make an appointment to identify the found property.

The Evidence Office is open Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and is located at 28 Okanogan St. Nespelem, WA.
