    David Charles “Charley” Quill, 66, of Coulee Dam, Wash., passed away early Saturday morning, Jan. 25, 2014, at Coulee Dam Medical Center, surrounded by family. Born July 26, 1947, at the Nespelem Hospital to Jerome and Mae (Carson) Quill, he was the youngest of five children. He attended school at St. Mary’s Mission and later studied culinary arts and became trained as a chef.     Joseph S. "Steve" Sanchez, 68, passed away Sunday evening, January 12, 2014, from his Grand Coulee home surrounded by his loving family following a courageous battle with cancer. Following graduation from high school and attending college, twenty-one-year-old Steve married Janet Bury in Spokane on June 18, 1966.     After a long and fruitful life, Harold Eugene Dunlap died surrounded by family at the home of daughter Flora Long and son-in-law, Ken Long.
