Grand Coulee Police 5/30 - Someone in the area of Sunny Drive and Fourth Street was reported taking things from under the hood of an abandoned car, then getting into an SUV and driving away. Police were unable to reach the driver of the SUV, which was found parked on Cedar Street in Coulee Dam. Grand Coulee Police 4/26 - A vehicle hit the base of a light post near the Riley Point overlook just below Grand Coulee Dam. The driver stated she was distracted while looking at the dam when the accident occurred. 4/29 - Police located a vehicle stolen out of Nespelem parked at the casino and observed a puppy in the passenger seat. The man didn’t report anything of his taken, but explained that his neighbor had had a chainsaw taken out of his pickup.
