Grand Coulee Police 2/16 - Police followed up on a report of a possible domestic issue and were told by a couple that they had argued but nothing physical occurred. The woman was given a New Hope packet and told to contact police if she needed help. - Dispatch advised police of a mental health issue with a woman at Safeway. When contacted, the woman told police she was having a breakdown and she wanted to go to the hospital and see mental health officials. Grand Coulee Police 2/10 - A woman told police that someone was photographing her grandchildren near her home on Goodfellow Avenue in Electric City. Grand Coulee Police 1/30 - A vehicle owned by an Elmer City woman was pulled over for outdated Montana plates. Police had ticketed the driver twice for this offense and referred the matter to the prosecutor for its owner trying to avoid taxes by registering the vehicle in another state. - A customer at Safeway alerted officials there that a man had walked into the store, gone to the liquor aisle, put two bottles of spirits into his pants and walked out without paying for them. A Coulee Dam High School (CDHS) all-class reunion will be held the weekend of Aug. 5-7, 2016, in Coulee Dam. All classmates and teachers who attended CDHS from 1935 to 1974 are invited. The last class to graduate from CDHS was the class of 1971, but the transitional Lake Roosevelt classes from 1972 to 1974 who also attended when it was CDHS are also invited, as are those classmates who attended at some point but moved away prior to graduation.
