    Grand Coulee Police 9/24 - A woman’s car, left running outside of her Hill Avenue apartment, was reported stolen. Security footage showed a truck without license plates pull up next to the vehicle. Someone exited the truck, then took the car. It was later learned that the vehicle had been repossessed.
