Scouts learning and creating things

With a Raider football game happening on the field, scouts from Troops 24 and 52 of the greater Coulee area work a table at last Friday night, Sept. 29, where upwards of 30 youngsters made wooden racecars or wooden balloons, with a dry-erase section for notes.
