    Grand Coulee 7/5 - A Malott man was stopped on SR-155 near the dam after an officer noticed one of his vehicle headlamps was out and that he was driving in an erratic fashion. The driver admitted to having had alcoholic drinks and had an open can in the front of the car. He was cited for driving under the influence, having no insurance, no interlock, and for driving with a suspended license.     Grand Coulee Police 6/6 - A man on Spokane Way told police that someone keeps moving the remnants of his chain link fence he is putting up. He said it has occurred twice. 6/26 - A Pleasant Valley car owner was advised that his vehicle needed to be moved from North Dam Park or it would be towed. The vehicle had been there for two weeks and had a bad clutch. - A woman at a Hill Avenue apartment told police that someone had kicked open the door to her apartment.     Grand Coulee Police 5/19 - Police are sending a report to the prosecutor’s office asking that charges of third-degree theft and harassment be filed against two men who agreed to make vehicle repairs for a Grand Coulee man. After repairs were supposedly made, the man still had trouble with his vehicle. The theft had to do with those who were supposed to do the repair and returning a gasket.
