NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS ITEMS

The City of Grand Coulee will sell by sealed bid the following: 1) 2003 Chevrolet ¾ Ton 4X4 Pickup with Utility Box. Vehicle is being sold AS IS and is available for viewing, at Grand Coulee City Hall, 306 Midway Avenue, Grand Coulee. Minimum bid is $5000.00. Bids must be submitted on city supplied bid form which may be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office, 306 Midway Avenue or via email request to clerkgc@gccitywa.org. Sealed bids must be received at City Hall by 2:00 p.m. October 13, 2026. Bids will be opened at 2:30 p.m. The successful bidder will submit payment and remove the purchased item by close of business Friday, October 16, 2026. Failure to pay for and remove the purchased item will cause the item to be awarded to the next highest bidder.

Notice of Change in

City Council Meeting Time

Please be advised that the Electric City City Council meetings regularly scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month will begin at 6:30 p.m., rather than 6:00 pm.

This change will be in effect for the remainder of 2026.

Upcoming Meeting Dates:

October 13, 2026- 6:30 p.m.

November 10, 2026- 6:30 p.m.

December 8, 2026- 6:30 p.m.
