Ballots for the

August 4, 2026 Primary Election are in the mail

If you have not received your ballot by Friday, July 24, 2026, please contact the Auditors Office at (509) 422-7240.

Remember your ballot must be signed.

The Auditors Office, 149 3rd Ave N, Okanogan, is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and on Election Day only from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the following services.

• Voter Registration

• Drop off voted ballots

• Obtain replacement ballots

• Disability Access Voting Units

Drop boxes will be open until 8:00 PM on election day August 4, 2026.

• Pateros - 180 Pateros Mall in parking lot, Pateros

• Brewster- Library 108 S. 3rd St., Brewster

• Coulee Dam - City Hall, 300 Lincoln Ave, Coulee Dam

• Nespelem - Outside Agency, 21 Colville St., Nespelem

The ballots are postage-paid.

If you are not currently registered in the State of Washington, you can appear in person in the Auditors Office until and registered to vote and be able to vote in the Primary Election.

NESPELEM SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 14

OKANOGAN COUNTY, WASHINGTON

NOTICE OF MEETING TO ADOPT 2026-2027 BUDGET AND

CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to RCW 28A.505.050 and RCW 28A.505.060, that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Nespelem School District No. 14, Okanogan County, Washington (the “District”) will hold their regular meeting on July 27, 2026, commencing at 6:00 PM in the Nespelem District Office Conference Room, located at 229 School House Loop Rd, Nespelem, Washington.

The meeting is called for the purpose of fixing and adopting the budget of the District for the ensuing 2026-2027 fiscal year. Prior to adoption of the 2026-2027 budget, the Board will hold a hearing for the purpose of receiving comments from the public on the 2026-27 budget.

Any person may appear at the hearing and be heard for or against any part of the 2026-27 budget, the four-year budget plan, or any proposed changes to uses of enrichment funding under RCW 28A.505.240.

Upon conclusion of the hearing, the Board shall fix and determine the appropriation from each fund contained in the 2026-27 budget and shall, by resolution, adopt the 2026-27 budget, the four-year budget plan summary, and the four-year enrollment projection. 2026-27 budget information is available at the District Office.

Notice is hereby given that the Grand Coulee Dam School District 301J will hold a public hearing for the surplus of the middle school property at 5:00 p.m. (Monday, July 27th)

Also, Notice is hereby given that the Grand Coulee Dam School District 301J will hold a budget hearing at 5:30 p.m. followed by the regular school board meeting. (Monday, July 27th)
