Kristina Nicole (Dennis) Ditch was born on June 30, 1976, in Spokane, Washington, and passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2026, in Wenatchee, Washington. She had just celebrated her 50th birthday.
Kristina spent most of her life in the Grand Coulee Dam area, graduating from Lake Roosevelt High School in 1995. Over the years, she worked at Coulee Medical Center, The Sandwich Gardens, Grand Coulee Center Lodge, and Safeway.
Although she faced many physical challenges, Kristina will always be remembered for her kind heart, caring spirit, and the love she shared with those around her, especially the deep love she had for her son, Joshua. Throughout her many long health battles, Kristina always chose to laugh and smile. Her strength, courage, and unwavering love for her family inspired everyone who knew her. She faced life's challenges with grace and created a legacy of resilience, compassion, and hope that will never be forgotten. She leaves us with many cherished memories and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Kristina is survived by her father Bob (Lesli) Dennis of Grand Coulee; her mother Wynne (Doug) Sturgis of Meridian, Idaho; her son, Joshua Ditch of Electric City; her sister, Tiffany (Gene) Maldonado of Elmer City; her niece and nephew, Sofia and Fenix Maldonado of Elmer City; her grandmother, Donna Riley of Elmer City; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her sister Heather Dawn Dennis in 1992; her /p0oo-grandparents Robert Sr. and Betty Dennis; and her grandfather Robert Riley.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 23, 2026. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered their love, prayers, and support during this difficult time. Kristina's memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
