2/22 - Police responded to a report in Grand Coulee of a car possibly being stolen by a woman’s boyfriend. She explained she said she didn’t want to report the car stolen, but that she had said that to the dispatcher so her boyfriend wouldn’t take the car. This information was relayed to Grand Coulee Police who handled the rest of the call with the Coulee Dam officer as a backup....
