Town to buy land from credit union

The town of Coulee Dam is offering to buy a piece of property owned by STCU, following a town council vote taken Nov. 12.

The part of the lot north of the credit union’s building in Coulee Dam is to be acquired by the town for $65,750, the price offered by STCU.

The council voted to approve the purchase, although Councilmember Keith St. Jeor “recused” himself from the vote.
