9/17 - A 911 hangup call on Civic Way turned out to be some kids playing basketball in the gym and someone accidentally made the call. There was no emergency.
9/21 - An officer went to Roosevelt Drive in Grand Coulee where three people were yelling in the street at about 1:30 a.m. The officer separated them and handed the case over to a Grand Coulee to finish investigating the situation once one arrived.
9/22 - Police went to the casino in Coulee Dam where a woman who was banned from the Omak casino location wasn’t supposed to be at any of the tribe’s casinos. The woman left the casino without incident.
- Police ticketed a driver for failure to stop at a stop sign as the vehicle turned from Elmer City Access Road onto River Drive, around the time that school got out. The driver said she didn’t see the stop sign.
9/22-9/26 - Reports filed without further details included ones related to: theft on Washington Place; a citizen assist on the bridge in Coulee Dam; an animal problem on Douglas Avenue; a nuisance on King Street in Grand Coulee; a non-injury traffic accident on Coulee Boulevard; drugs on Coulee Boulevard; a family fight on Walnut Street; and an arrest on Midway Avenue and Federal Avenue.
9/24 - The driver of a Toyota Rav4 was ticketed for speeding, going about 49 miles per hour in the 30 zone near the Grand Coulee Dam.
- A traffic stop that started on Central Drive in Coulee Dam with a car pulled over for speeding turned into a car chase. The driver was in violation of a no-contact order with the woman in the passenger seat. The car chase went up the hill past the Grand Coulee Dam, hit spike strips laid down near Federal Avenue and Midway Avenue by Grand Coulee Police, and continued past the Grand Coulee city limits into Lincoln County with speeds up to 70 miles per hour and the popped passenger tires smoking and debris flying off. The driver was taken to jail for eluding police, violation of the order, and kidnapping. The passenger said she had been telling the driver to stop throughout the process. The vehicle was impounded. Washington State Patrol and Lincoln County deputies also assisted in the situation in addition to Grand Coulee and Coulee Dam officers.
- A woman had taken a Fir Street man’s wallet and two cell phones but returned them after police called one of the phones. The man didn’t wish to press charges since the items were returned.
9/25 - Police went to an alleyway behind the grocery store in Electric City where someone was reportedly sleeping in their vehicle and partially blocking the alleyway. The vehicle drove off once police arrived. Police didn’t see any crime being committed.
9/26 - Police smoke to an ambulance crew on Okanogan Avenue who said a man called 911 because he was dehydrated and wanted a ride up the hill, which was a misuse of 911. It turns out a gas station clerk had called with concern about the man. Police found out that the man was wanted on misdemeanor warrants. He was given a ride to Okanogan County Jail for one of the warrants, with the other warrant being out of Grant County.
9/27 - Police removed a large amount of cardboard from the roadway of Hill Crest Avenue and Coulee Boulevard.

9/22 - 9/27 - Reports were filed without additional details related to: threatening/intimidation on Continental Heights; a citizen assist on Cardinal Road; threatening/intimidation on Grand Coulee Avenue; a citizen assist on Continental Heights; a suspicious or wanted person on A Street; a nuisance on King Street; and a welfare check on Spokane Boulevard; a non-injury traffic accident at Safeway; threatening/intimidation on Continental Heights; a suspicious or wanted person on Alcan Road; and an animal problem on Van Tyne Avenue.
