8/24-8/29 - Reports were filed without further details related to: possession of a controlled substance; separate thefts on Section Place, Young Street, and Main Street; a littering/pollution problem on Martin Road; suspicious circumstances on Cardinal Road; and a parking problem at the Model Dam pull-off area just above the Grand Coulee Dam. 

8/26 - Police went to Young Street where garbage had been thrown around outside a residence. Police knew of people who were moving their possessions out of the property the day prior and suspected the garbage was likely from them. The report notes that their rights in the living situation allowed them to leave garbage behind as long as it didn’t exceed an unspecified limit. 

8/27 - Police were unable to locate a male reported to have been yelling and crying on SR-174 near milepost 22.
