PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City of Grand Coulee City Council will hold a Public Hearing on November 19th, 2024 at 6:00 PM at the City Hall Building located at 306 Midway Ave, Grand Coulee, WA. Said Public Hearing will be for the purpose of receiving comments from the public or interested persons related to the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) and Collection System Improvements Project.

Description of Proposal:

The City proposes to upgrade the WWTF, conduct a video inspection of the sewer main and replace critical sewer main areas along Midway Avenue, Lower Martin Road, Van Tyne Street, and from above Midway Avenue to Fortuyn Road. The City will replace sewer main via cured- in-place rehabilitation, unless the video identifies any risk.

Notice of Public Budget Hearing and Change of Regular Meeting Time

Public Hospital District No. 6,

Douglas, Grant, Lincoln,

& Okanogan Counties, Washington

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington; which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Clinic, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed 2025 budget for the aforementioned facilities.

The hearing, open to the public, is Monday, November 25th 2024 at 5:30pm in the CMC training room, zoom information can be found at http://www.cmccares.org.

A summary of the proposed budget is available in advance for interested parties and may be obtained for review by contacting the Chief Financial Officer at Coulee Medical Center.

The regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting for November will be immediately following the budget hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2025 Preliminary Budget Public Hearing will be held by the GRAND COULEE CITY COUNCIL, in the council chambers, 306 Midway Avenue, on November 19, 2024, immediately following the public hearing on the Wastewater Treatment Facility and Collection System Improvements Project . All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments concerning the 2025 budget at said public hearing.

A copy of the 2025 Preliminary Budget for the City of Grand Coulee will be available to the public on November 19, 2024, at the City Clerk’s office, 306 Midway Ave., P.O. Box 180, Grand Coulee, WA 99133.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY COULEE DAM

TOWN COUNCIL

The Coulee Dam Council will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of the Periodic Update of the Comprehensive Plan and Development Standards described below. The notice is provided to inform the community of the pending hearing. The hearing will be held during the Regular Council Meeting scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM, December 2, 2024. Materials pertaining to this application are available at the Town Hall or may be requested from the Staff Contact listed below.

Any interested party is invited to attend the public hearing and offer testimony or submit comments in writing to the Town of Coulee Dam. Written comments must be received by 4:00 pm, December 2, 2024.

Application Description: The town of Coulee Dam is proposing a Periodic Update to the Comprehensive Plan and amendment to enact local development regulations, with policies amended accordingly in the Comprehensive Plan, and simplification of the Zoning and Future Land Use Maps for consistency.

This is a non-project action under SEPA. Specific environmental review will be required when a site-specific development proposal is submitted, and a threshold determination will be made at the time of development application review.

The town of Coulee Dam has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after reviewing a SEPA environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. The responsible official finds this information reasonably sufficient to evaluate the environmental impact of this proposal. This information is available to the public upon request.
