ORDINANCE ADOPTED

Ordinance 818 – an ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 483, interim Unified Development Codes.

Ordinance 819 – amending the 2024 budget as adopted in ordinance No. 815.

Ordinance 820 – an ordinance amending salaries and wages for calendar year 2024.

Ordinance 821 – an ordinance amending Coulee Dam Municipal Code Chapter 6.05.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SILICON BASED PRODUCT ROOF OVERLAY

The existing (asphalt) built-up surface of approximately 7300 square feet to be cleaned, patched and overlayed with a silicone based product equal or better than GacoFlex S20 with a final dry thickness of 35ml or greater. The 7300 square feet includes approximately 1300 square feet of vertical wall 4 feet or less in height.

Anticipated start work date is September 2, 2024. Project, including cleanup, must be completed by October 1, 2024. Submit your proposal, including silicon product name and final dry thickness, to:
