Budget Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Grand Coulee Dam School District 301J will hold a public budget hearing to review the 2024-2025 budget at 4:30 p.m. July 22, 2024. regular board meeting to follow.

Northwest Native Development Fund-NNDF, 504 Fir St., Coulee Dam, WA. 88116, (509) 633 9940 is requesting bids for the following work at a residence located at 45625 FDR Estates Road., Grand Coulee, WA.

Item 1. – Remove approximately 3,400SF-(34 squares) of existing composite roofing-shingles, underlayment-roof paper, and existing trusses from the area as per design/engineered drawings provided by owner-NNDF. Contractor shall provide the equipment including dumpster-debris retainer for the roofing to be removed and delivered to the local transfer station-Sunrise Disposal INC. Delano, WA. (509) 633 0100, as well as equipment for the removal and storage-on site of the trusses to be removed. The contractor shall visit the site and measure the area to be improved in order to meet the conditions of bid and contractor’s estimates for bid.

Item 2.-Install new truss package provided by owner-crane service will be at the site, within the section of the roof identified by engineered drawings provided by owner-25 separate trusses.

Item 3.-Install new roof – roof sheathing, underlayment-paper, roof material-asphalt shingles, ridge cap, metal flashing, etc.

Item 4.-Contractor shall clear all debris and deliver the debris to the local transfer station.

The City of Electric City will sell by sealed bid the following:

1992 Dodge Ram Passenger Van with approximately 86,000 miles on the odometer, minimum bid is $500.

The vehicle is being sold AS IS and is available for viewing. Please call City Hall at (509) 633-1510 to make an appointment during normal operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am– 5:00pm). Bids must be submitted on the City supplied bid form which may be obtained at Electric City City Hall or online at Sealed bids must be received at City Hall (10 Stevens Ave., Electric City) by 11:00am Friday, July 26, 2024. Sealed Bids, plainly marked “Sealed Bid,” will be opened at 11:01am. The successful bidder will submit payment and remove the purchased item by 4:00pm, Friday, August 2, 2024. Failure to pay for and remove the purchased item will cause the item to be awarded to the next highest bidder.

Keller School District No. 003

Public Notice

The Keller School District No. 003, Ferry County, Washington, has completed preparation of a budget for fiscal year 2024-2025. The completed budget is on file in the school district administration office located at 17 South School Road, Keller, WA 99140. A copy of the budget will be furnished to any person at the above address.

The Board of Directors of Keller S.D. #003, Ferry County, WA will be meeting Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 5:00 pm, for the purpose of adopting the 2024-2025 budget. The meeting will take place at the Keller Elementary School located at 17 South School Road, Keller, WA 99140.

Any person may appear at this meeting and be heard for or against any part of such budget, the four year budget plan, or any proposed changes to uses of enrichment funding under RCW 28A505.240.
