SMALL PUBLIC WORKS, CONSULTANT, and

VENDOR ROSTERS FOR PARTICIPATING WASHINGTON STATE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

LOCATED IN EASTERN WASHINGTON

The Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC) hereby advertises on behalf of the below listed local government agencies in Washington State (local governments) in Eastern Washington (Okanogan, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Adams, Whitman, Garfield, Asotin, Spokane, Lincoln, Ferry Stevens, and Pend Oreille counties), including - but not limited to - cities (Title 35 RCW and Title 35A RCW), counties (Title 36 RCW), port districts (Title 53 RCW), water-sewer districts (Title 57 RCW), irrigation districts (Title 83 RCW), school districts and educational service districts (Title 28A RCW), fire districts

(Title 52 RCW), transit agencies (e.g., Ch. 35.58 RCW, Ch. 36.57A RCW, Ch. 36.73 RCW, Title 81 RCW), and public utility districts (Title 54 RCW), for their projected needs for small public works, and for consulting services throughout 2024. Additionally, MRSC advertises on behalf of some local government for their projected needs for vendor services throughout 2024. Some or all of the listed local governments may choose to use the MRSC Rosters service to select businesses. Master contracts for certain types of work may be required.

SMALL PUBLIC WORKS ROSTERS: Service categories include construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair, or improvement of real property as referenced in RCW 39.04.155. Sub-categories can be viewed on the MRSC Rosters website.

CONSULTANT ROSTERS: Service categories include architectural, engineering, and surveying services as referenced in Chapter 39.80 RCW, as well as other personal and professional consulting services. Sub-categories can be viewed on the MRSC Rosters website.

VENDOR ROSTERS: Service categories include supplies, materials, and equipment not being purchased in connection with public works contracts and limited service contracts as referenced in RCW 39.04.190. Subcategories can be viewed on the MRSC Rosters website.

ACCEPTING PROPOSALS

The Grand Coulee Dam School District is accepting written  food service proposals from qualified food service management companies (FSMC’s) to provide services according to Local Education Agency (LEA) specifications.

A copy of the complete RFP is available on the district’s website at https://www.gcdsd.org/Page/803 Sealed proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. June 28th 2024. Proposals received after scheduled closing cannot be considered.

The LEA reserves the right to accept any proposal that it deems most favorable to its interests. It also reserves the right to waive any informalities and irregularities and reject any and/or all proposals or any portion of any proposal submitted which in their opinion is not in the best interest of the LEA.

A pre-bid conference will be held on June 20th at the address listed above. Each FSMC is limited to a maximum of two representatives. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly recommended if you wish to submit a proposal. The purpose of this conference is to answer questions related to our food service program.

No bidder may withdraw or alter his proposal after the time set for opening thereof, unless award of contract is delayed for a period of more than forty-five (45) days from the date of opening.

Town of Coulee Dam

TIB Regional Chip & Crack Seal Project

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Town of Coulee Dam Clerk until 11:01 AM on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.

Bid proposals may be sent by mail, or hand delivered, to the Town Clerk at the Town of Coulee Dam, Town Hall, 300 Lincoln Avenue, Coulee Dam, WA 99116, prior to the opening. The envelope shall be plainly marked with “SEALED BID for the Town of Coulee Dam – TIB Regional Chip and Crack Seal Project” and shall clearly indicate the name and address of the bidder. The bid opening will take place at the Town of Coulee Dam, Town Hall, 300 Lincoln Avenue, Coulee Dam, WA 99116. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered.

Brief Description of Work:

This Contract provides for the maintenance of various street’s located in the Town of Coulee Dam, the City of Electric City, and the City of Grand Coulee. Street maintenance will include single chip seal, double chip seal, crack seal, pavement repairs, pavement markings, street cleaning, traffic control, trimming and cleanup, temporary erosion control, and other miscellaneous work.

Estimated Cost of Project: $1.3M - $1.5M

Bids must be completed on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the BID PROPOSAL. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, minor defects, or to reject any or all bids.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond in the amount equal to five (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the same time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Town of Coulee Dam.
