Judith Ann McGuire

Judith A. McGuire passed away on April 18, 2024, two days shy of her 73rd birthday, in Grand Coulee, Washington surrounded by her family. Judy was born April 20, 1951, in Coulee Dam, Washington to Elmer (Al) and Shirley (Spratlin) Nolan. Judy grew up in Grand Coulee and graduated from Grand Coulee High School in 1969. She was a beloved Tiger fan.

After high school, she had few miscellaneous jobs before starting her federal career for the Grand Coulee Dam project in 1973 as an emergency service dispatcher. She finished her career as a financial clerk supervisor for the Grand Coulee Dam Project. Judy retired from the Coulee Dam Project in 2005, after 32 years of service.

Judy was a cherished mom, devoted wife, beloved nana, and loyal friend whose kindness and compassion touched the hearts of all who knew her. She dedicated her life to nurturing her family with endless love, selflessly supporting them all. Her grandkids were the center of her whole world. Her true pride was watching her grandkids excel at the numerous sports they participated in. Between Grand Coulee, and traveling to Highlands Ranch, Colorado, she was her grandkids' number 1 fan and biggest supporter. Her legacy of love and compassion will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched, and her memory will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Judy is survived by her husband Richard of 47 years, daughter Tera Whitelaw (Jonah), daughter Charay Bourne (Brad), and 6 grandkids: Hunter, Tanner, Kenzie, Kylie, Kami, and Bode. She is preceded in death by her parents, Al and Shirley Nolan, and her brother Bob Nolan.

A celebration of life is tentatively scheduled at a later date for family and friends.
