CALL FOR BIDS

The Grand Coulee Dam School District hereby calls for bids to furnish the following for the 2023-2024 school year.

Milk for the school breakfast/lunch program during the 2023-2024 school year. Milk items on which bidders are to submit quotes per case are:

-1% Milk-22 cases per week.

-Chocolate Milk -20 cases per week

Multiple deliveries per week are expected for all Milk products.

Bidding will close at 3:00 p.m. on April 29, 2024.

The personal effects of Eugenia Haynes have been seized by CRI Annex for nonpayment of rent and said goods shall be auctioned in a lot bid from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 4th and Sunday, May 5th at storage unit #25, CRI Annex, located at 102 Stevens Street, Coulee Dam, WA, 99116, in accordance with the provisions of RCW 19.150.060.

The auction may be cancelled only by the tenant paying the rent owed in full to CRI Annex, LLC either before, or at the time of the auction.”

Indian Education Formula Grant (Title VI) Public Hearing

Grand Coulee Dam School District Indian Education Program will host an online public hearing regarding our application for the Indian Education Formula Grant (Title VI). This program is designed to address the unique cultural, language, and academic needs of American Indian and Alaska Native students, including preschool children.

All are welcome to attend and provide input about our students’ needs and our proposed objectives should we be awarded this grant.

NOTICE OF

EXECUTIVE SESSION

April 24, 2024, 5:00p.m.

To the citizens of the Town of Coulee Dam, Washington, the Town Council of the Town of Coulee Dam, Washington will conduct an Executive Session prior to the regular council meeting on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 5:00pm.

Items on the agenda:

Executive Session:

Estimated time of 60 minutes – under RCW 42.30.110 (1)(i)

To discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency.

No other business will be discussed, and no action will be taken during the executive session.

REQUEST FOR BID

Item 1. Remove approximately 3,200 square feet of Roofing, Roofing components (tar paper, sheathing, existing trusses) from a section of the roof identified by engineered drawings provided by owner.

Item 2. Install new truss package provided by owner within the section of the roof that is identified by engineered drawings provided by owner.

Item 3. Install new roofing, roofing components (tar paper, sheathing, etc.). All roofing and components shall be provided by the owner.

Item 4. Install roof trim completely around residence, roof trim shall be provided by owner.

Item 5. The contractor shall clear all debris and the owner shall provide a dumpster on site.

The residence is located at 45625 FDR Estates Road, Grand Coulee, WA., for contractor site visit and review of premises.
