Joseph William Louie, affectionately known as Jobe, a beloved father, son, brother, uncle and friend, passed away on April 6th, 2024, while peacefully at home in Tacoma, Washington. He was born to Barbara Covington and Francis T. Louie Sr., in Omak, Washington on August 20th, 1974.

He would go on to graduate from Omak High School in 1993 where he excelled in both football and baseball and where his love for his dogs began.
