It's a girl for the Rises

Allison and Sam Rise are the proud parents of Eleanore Marie born on August 31, 2023, in Federal Way. Eleanore was 21 inches long and weighed 8lb. 12oz.

Eleanore's brother is Alden, age 3.  Grandparents are Ralph and Linda Rise of Elmer City, Greg Small of Federal Way and Gail Small of Des Moines, WA.  Great-grandmothers are Rosemarie Echelbarger and Betty Peterson.
