Marie Yolanda Wyatt

Marie Yolanda Wyatt, age 88, a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a retired dental assistant died peacefully in Moscow, ID on June 26, 2023 with family members at her side.

Yolanda was born on October 24, 1934 in San Antonio, TX to Constance McClintock (Grandma Mac). In her early years, she lived with her extended family and attended elementary and high schools in San Antonio. While in high school she participated in the band as a percussionist and in her senior year as the Drum Major.

After high school she met William C. Wyatt while he was stationed at Lackland Air Force base, in San Antonio. Soon after, Yolanda and Bill were married and began their family. She shared 60 years moving or traveling from state to state or in several countries until concluding their time together in Moscow Idaho.

Throughout Yolanda's life she loved and encouraged her family, while sustaining the home. In every community she lived in, she was full of life and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with others. She volunteered as girl scout and cub scout leader; contributed to PTA, Rainbows, PEO and supported the local school sports teams as an enthusiastic, adult cheerleader. She especially enjoyed her time playing bridge with her friends. Yolanda was also active in the Lutheran churches and supported the work of God. We loved her and will very much miss her.

Yolanda is survived by her sister, Linda McClintock and husband Dick Greco (Tampa, Fl.); her daughter and husband, Debby Wyatt and Ron Landeck (Moscow, ID.); son and wife, William C. and Jane (Floral City, Fl.); daughter and husband, Rhonda and Dean Erickson (Electric City, Wa.); son and wife, Randy and Maria (Buckeye, Az.); son and wife, David and Cathryn (Littleton, Co.); 16 grandchildren: Merryl, Evan, Kendyl, Christin, Abby, Melanie, Garrett, Kelcee, Michelle, Danielle, Julie, William Cody, Scott, Natalie, Jacob and Joshua Perley; 9 great-grandchildren: Marcus, Norah, Wyatt, Teddy, Clyde, Leo, Olivia, Diem, and Keaton, all of whom she loved, teased and thoroughly enjoyed.

Cremation has occurred with service and burial to occur on the family plot in Bridgeport, Neb. We celebrate and thank God for Yolanda's life and witness among us.
