Robert (Bob) Leon Byers passed away Friday, June 23, 2023, after a battle with pancreatic/liver cancer. Robert was born on March 28,1960, in Pittsburgh, PA. He moved to Spokane with his father in 1970 after the death of his mother, Pearl. Robert graduated from North Central High School in 1978, he competed the automotive class at SCC and ran his own automotive repair shop for several years.

He and Tammara (nee Graybill) were married July 6, 1991. Robert and Tammara moved to Grand Coulee in October of 1992, their son Quenton was born March 4, 1993. Robert worked at Safeway for 26 years, retiring in 2018 after a stroke. He subsequently worked at Coulee Medical Center, and at NAPA until June. 

Robert loved his family, working on cars, riding his motorcycle, music and karaoke.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Tammara, their son Quenton (Yvetta), granddaughter Leona, sisters-in-law Kris Pope and Lannette Steinauer, xw3 nephews and a niece.  Per the family wishes, there are no services planned at this time.
