FIRE STATION IMPROVEMENTS
ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE $1,000,000 TO $1,200,000
Sealed Proposals will be received by the undersigned at the Town of Elmer City, 505 Seaton Avenue, Elmer City, Washington 99124, up to 2:00 p.m .; local time on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct Fire Station Improvements.
The work includes construction of a new 2,420 square foot CMU Block Fire Station building including a sloped metal roof, three equipment storage bays with automatic door openers, and ceiling mounted electric heaters. The facility will be equipped with metal storage lockers and equipment storage racks.
The Work shall be substantially complete within 110 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Elmer City, Washington.
The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the “Town of Elmer City” and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount.

Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer.
Financing of the Project has been provided by Town of Elmer City, Washington and the Washington Supplemental State Capital Budget. Okanogan County Auditor Elections Department will open a special 3 day filing period on June 5-7, 2023, from 8am-4:30pm each day, for all offices for which no one filed for during the regular filing period. Offices filed for during the Special filing period will go directly to the General Election ballot.
Candidates can complete the Declaration of Candidacy in a number of different ways.
• Complete the paper Declaration of Candidacy form and pay the filing fee (if applicable) in the Auditor’s Office.
•Come into the office and complete the Declaration of Candidacy form in the Auditor’s Office on a kiosk and pay the filing fee (if applicable).

PROBATE NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Administrator, BLUE FIELD, has been appointed as Administrator of the Estate of CYNTHIA DIANE WHITE (the “Estate”). Any person having a claim against the Deceased must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Administrator or the Administrator's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and file the original of the claim with the court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty (30) days after the Administrator served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(3); or (2) four (4) months after the date of first publication of this notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effec¬tive as to claims against both the decedent's probate and non-probate assets.
