Dick and Waters has a boy

Ida Sue Dick and Sean C. Waters of Nespelem are proud to announce the birth of their son Owen Lee Waters born Friday, February 17, 2023, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, Washington. He weighed 8 lbs., 5 oz., and was 20 inches in length at birth.

Sibling is sister Maisie Ann Waters. Maternal grandparents are Rena Redthunder and Dwane Dick. Paternal grandparents are Colleen Waters.
