A survey being conducted by Grant County Health District asks residents a number of questions related to the quality of life where they are in the county, as well as general health questions.

The survey, which is open until Sept. 15, asks if people feel like their community is a good place to grow old or raise children, whether economic opportunities exist, and about health-related questions such as risky behaviors within the community and what factors contribute to a healthy community.

The survey is anonymous, unless you want to provide your name and number to be entered into a raffle to win four tickets to the Woodland Park Zoo.

"This survey allows Grant County community members to provide feedback on the needs of our communities and ways to improve the health of Grant County residents," an introduction to the survey reads.

A final assessment of the results will be available around January of 2023 on the GCHD website.

Paper copies of the survey are available at local libraries, will be inserted into newspapers, or can be requested from Katie Kleeberger of GCHD at 509-766-7960 ext. 57 or by email at kkleeberger@granthealth.org.

The survey can also be taken online by scanning the QR code included here with your smartphone or at https://granthealth.org/ by clicking the survey link found on the homepage.
