Richard "Dick" C. Rutledge passed away March 16, 2022, at his home in Elmer City, Washington.
He was born in 1952 in Moscow, Idaho, to Donald Rutledge and Marjorie Epperson. He spent his childhood in Everett, Washington. He moved to Wilbur Washington, where he owned and operated Dick's Automotive. He then moved to Elmer City in 1998, and owned and operated Eagle Automotive. He retired in 2004....
