New hours of operation go into effect this week at all 30 NCW Libraries branch locations. At the Grand Coulee Library hours will be Monday: closed; Tuesday: 10am - 6pm; Wednesday: 2-6pm; Thursday:10am - 6pm; Friday: 2-6pm; Saturday: 10am-2pm; Sunday: closed.
