Expert samplers show good taste

The Lake Roosevelt Booster Club held a successful and tasty fundraiser Saturday, serving 75 people trays of nine samples of competing homemade chilis from which they picked their favorite with a number on the bottom of the cup. I think that the chili cook off was a great idea. I wish that it had been a bit more PR I saw it mentioned, but never whether they wanted contestants or how many contestants they had. I may have missed some advertisement. I hope next year it is out there more. I think it would be fun!
