Recipe

Exchange

Do you have a favorite recipe you would like to share with the community? Well look no further, during the month of February, Grand Coulee Public Library is hosting a Recipe Exchange.

What is a Recipe Exchange, you may ask? We are gathering recipes from all across our unique communities to create a cookbook filled with your favorite dishes. We would love to hear from everyone in our surrounding communities--Electric City, Grand Coulee, Coulee Dam, Nespelem, etc.--please join the fun!

How do you participate? Drop your recipe off at the library OR email your recipe to grandcoulee@ncwlibraries. Make sure to include your contact information so you can participate in the raffle! Everyone that submits a recipe will have their name put into a drawing for the cookbook Salt Fat Acid Heat by Samin Nosrat. Thank you to the Friends of the Grand Coulee Public Library for providing the prize. The winner will be notified on March 1st!

Follow along and keep your eyes open for the community cookbook that will be posted on our Facebook page at the end of February. Looking forward to seeing what you all submit!
