NOTICE OF SURPLUS SALE

Grant County Port District No. 7 has declared land and personal property as surplus to the needs of the Port District and is interested in receiving expressions of interest from interested buyers.  Anyone can obtain a copy of the Resolution declaring assets as surplus, including a complete description of assets available for purchase, by contacting: Grant County Port District No,7, P. O. Box 616, Grand Coulee, WA  99133 or portdistrict7@gmail.com.  A general description of the property is the Banks Lake Golf course real property and personal property associated therewith.  The Port reserves the right to reject any offers or bids.

Notice of Meeting Cancellation

Public Hospital District No. 6,

Douglas, Grant, Lincoln, & Okanogan Counties, Washington

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington; which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Medical Clinic, will be canceling the regular board meeting date for the month of December.

The next board meeting will be held

Monday, January 31st at 6:00pm.

On the 29th day of June 2021 the City of Council of Electric City passed the following ordinance.  A summary of the content of said ordinance, consisting of the titles, provides as follows:

“An Ordinance Adopting a New Chapter 8.12 of the City of Electric City Municipal Code Titled Fireworks.”

On the 10th day of August 2021 the City of Council of Electric City passed the following ordinance.  A summary of the content of said ordinance, consisting of the titles, provides as follows:

“An ordinance of the City of Electric City Washington Amending Section 8.05.210 Rate Schedule of the Electric City Municipal Code Chapter 8.05 Garbage, and Repealing Ordinance 581-2021, Updating the Schedule of Charges for the Temporary Dumpster Collection Rates..”

Small Works/Vendor Roster

The Town of Elmer City is accepting applications from interested contractors and vendors wishing to be placed on the Small Works and Vendor Rosters. When the Town seeks to construct a public works project or improvement meeting state mandated guidelines, the Small Works Roster may be utilized. The Vendor Roster may be used to purchase, materials, supplies, or equipment. All interested contractors and vendors are invited to submit an application.
